“Who’s Next” is a feature High School Sports Center will be adding to cover upcoming athletes who deserve to be recognized. If you or anyone you know deserves to be in our HSSC “Who’s Next” feature please let us know! You can email info@highschoolsportscenter.com or fill the contact us form on the website.

Hailing from the football rich state of Georgia, Kentavious Thomas is our first “Who’s Next” athlete! Thomas is a 16 year old sophomore for the upcoming 2012/2013 school year at Baldwin High School in Milledgeville, GA home of the Braves.
Kentavious has a strong backing by his father Kenneth Thomas and mother Kenya Walls who are there for much needed support and who he contributes to his success. Kentavious participates in football and track where he has shown flashes of greatness with a Track MVP award, the 200 meter dash being his event of excellence. In football, Thomas started several games as a freshman running back with a season rushing total of 826 yards & 7 touchdowns. Along with his amazing totals he had one outstanding game vs. Mary Person rushing for 186 yards & 1 TD! His performances landed him the Best Offensive Back and Freshmen of the Year awards.
On his off time Kentavious enjoys reading sports book and watching action/scary movies to wind down. When finished with his high school experience he also plans on going to a college that fits him the best!

Special Note: The 2012 High School Football season will be a challenging one for the Baldwin Braves coming off their 8-3, 2011 campaign as they change regions from 2AAA to region 2AAAA.
HSSC will keep up with Kentavious & the Braves team this season and wish them both the best of luck!
